The Quality Assurance Analyst shall Audit the Quality of the Services Team Developed Applications and Application Customizations. Develop, implement, and maintain a system of quality and reliability testing for the organization's products and/or development processes.

  • Assist in the development and the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies for the RnD Department
  • Oversee the development of test plans, test cases and test scripts for software application developments
  • Execute manual and automated processes to identify software/development defects
  • Collaborate with RnD team to ensure the timely resolution of defects
  • Participate in requirement and design reviews to ensure the quality of software developments
  • Document test results, report defects and track to resolution
  • Assist in the training for the Quality Assurance of the Development team

Education I Special Studies

  • Graduate of Information Technology/Systems or Computer Science course or equivalent

Experience and Competency

  • 2 years relevant experience in full stack application development or programming
  • Must be familiar with the Application Development Process and QA Process
  • Great time management, organization and prioritization abilities
  • Keen attention to detail and efficient problem-solving skills
  • Ability to write documents

Knowledge (Certification and Training)

  • Aveva PI and Aveva CDS Training
  • Preferably knowledge on Python and Laravel
  • Preferably with Application QA Certification
  • Working knowledge on computer technology (MSOffice)
