We are looking for a Business Development Engineer based in Makati City, Manila Philippines focusing on ANZ Market. Qualifications Bachelor's degree from a reputable university 5+ years of relevant experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Solid understanding of photovoltaic (PV)/BESS systems, with prior experience in business development and sales Ability to plan, coordinate/monitor all sales and marketing operations in the ANZ region Extensive knowledge of market regulations, customary trends and developments including innovative practices Direct contact with customers, third parties and other departments ensuring profitability is the main priority Focused and goal‑oriented with excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in written and spoken English Responsibilities Identifying and engaging new customers in the ANZ region Following up on tenders and offer submissions Evaluating market trends, opportunities, and competitors depending on market availability Identify partnership opportunities in the ANZ region Develop new relationships to grow business and expand in the ANZ market Think critically when planning to assure project success Market identification, investigation & knowledge Identify, contact and establish relationships with targeted customers to generate leads and request for quotations Obtain approval from BD Manager for Go/No Go discussions related to new leads and RFQs Coordinate communication with clients and internally during bid preparation Prepare proposals and define price levels necessary to secure projects, respecting the company’s target profit margin and approval procedure Process commercial discussions and negotiations until contract award Coordinate with operational teams for handover upon award Support commercial aspects of ongoing projects in coordination with the project manager and BD Manager Participate in the internal tender approval process for bids where required Collect bid-related information and organize it to support continuous improvement of the bidding process Actively propose actions and participate in continuous improvement initiatives Perform any other duties within the scope of responsibilities and work objectives Employment type Full‑time Seniority level Not Applicable Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at INTEC Energy Solutions by 2x.
