Overview Position Summary: The Business Development Department is looking for a Secretary / Department Staff to assist in the daily operations of the team. The role involves providing administrative and coordination support to the Business Development Officer, preparing documents, managing communications, and helping track ongoing leads and client requirements. This position is ideal for fresh graduates who are organized, proactive, and eager to learn how the solar energy business works. Responsibilities Provide administrative and clerical support to the Business Development Department. Manage correspondence, schedule meetings, and organize files and records. Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and client documents. Help coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding ongoing projects or requirements. Maintain and update tracking sheets for leads, proposals, and project statuses. Prepare simple reports, presentations, and minutes of meetings. Support the Business Development Officer in daily tasks and company improvement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Marketing, or related course . Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Good written and verbal communication skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides). Willing to learn about the solar energy business and assist in client coordination when needed.
