We are seeking motivated and technically skilled professionals to join our Commercial Sales team.

In this role, you will build and maintain strategic partnerships across key sectors including facility management, real estate development, contracting, hospitality, healthcare, education, property management, retail, government, and data centers.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage relationships with clients across B2B and large-scale B2C sectors.
  • Identify business opportunities and promote HVAC, indoor air quality, and environmental quality solutions to decision-makers.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and customized proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to support project deployment and execution.
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies, sustainability trends, and industry regulations.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, indoor air quality (IAQ), and facility management.
  • Excellent command of English communication (written and verbal).
  • 2–5 years of experience in technical sales or business development — junior professionals with strong motivation are also encouraged to apply.
  • Tech-savvy, with a keen interest in sustainability, energy efficiency, and occupant wellbeing.
  • Relevant certifications such as LEED, WELL AP, or NADCA are a plus.
  • Previous exposure to international or regional markets is an advantage.
