About the Role You’ll lead a large, multi-layered team (associates, team leads, and managers) responsible for implementing and optimizing digital ad campaigns. This role requires someone who can blend operational leadership, client engagement, and data-driven decision-making — ensuring performance excellence and continuous improvement across sites. Key Responsibilities Lead global teams in campaign implementation and workflow optimization. Represent the workflow at program and client forums; demonstrate strong thought leadership. Build and nurture relationships with key client stakeholders, providing insights and strategic guidance. Coach and mentor managers and team leads; run regular skip-level and performance sessions. Drive cross-functional projects focused on productivity, quality, and customer experience. Manage escalations and DSATs through RCA and corrective actions. Oversee SLA adherence, process transitions, and change assimilation. Champion customer experience and operational excellence across all functions. Must-Have Qualifications 12–15 years of experience in IT/BPO/ITES, with at least 7+ years in the digital advertising industry . Strong understanding of the Google Ads ecosystem — campaign trafficking, optimization, and troubleshooting across Search, Display, and Video. Deep knowledge of digital campaign pricing models (CPC, CPM, CPV, CPA). Demonstrated success in client relationship and stakeholder management. Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and time management capabilities. Good-to-Have Cross-site leadership experience. Experience leading transformation or process-improvement initiatives. Exposure to large-scale workflow transitions or product launches.
