About Us: We’re a mid-sized service provider with a dynamic team of 25+ professionals across accounting, payroll, admin operations, sales, and marketing. With over 700 documented SOPs, we’re on a mission to boost productivity by automating and optimizing internal workflows.
Responsibilities- Analyze & Map Workflows : Review SOPs to pinpoint repetitive or error-prone tasks. Create visual process maps using Lucidchart, Visio, or Google Drawings.
- Design Automations : Use Zapier, Power Automate, n8n, and Make to automate tasks across Google Workspace, CRMs, and accounting tools.
- System Integration : Ensure seamless data flow between platforms (e.g., payroll, CRM, marketing tools).
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work with teams to identify pain points, conduct interviews/workshops, and train users.
- Continuous Improvement : Track automation ROI and recommend improvements.
- Ensure Compliance : Follow data privacy regulations and secure handling of HR/financial data.
- 2–4 years of experience in workflow automation, process improvement, or business analysis
- Proficiency in tools like Zapier, Make, Power Automate, n8n
- Strong command of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms)
- Exposure to AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Grok)
- Process mapping experience (Lucidchart, Visio, etc.)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Able to manage projects independently in a fast-paced setting
- Part-time
