This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in Manila . The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, communicating with customers, and driving sales. Additionally, the role will involve providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Role Description
  • Responsible for developing, maintaining marketing and selling plan to meet company objectives and targets.
  • Evaluating customer requirements and market conditions
  • Understanding new tendencies and analyzing opportunities in the market
  • Sourcing new projects/customers
  • Building an efficient and professional relationship in coordination with the management for potential clients, contractors, consultants, government sectors etc. and reinforce the spirit of partnership
  • Preparing all required reports and statistics on the activity (including visit reports) in a timely and accurate manner
  • Preparing cost sheets and estimating unit price for our services based on market, expenses, and profit
  • Coordinating with finance department for all financial issues.
  • Maintaining and keeping all working records.
  • Developing and maintaining company clients’ database
  • Performing other duties as assigned, basis and making sure everyone within the team achieves sales targets.
Qualifications
  • Sales Engineering and Sales skills
  • Technical Support and Communication skills
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Experience in the steel industry or related sectors
