The Sales Engineer drive sales performance within the assigned territory by adhering to company policies and promotional guidelines. Regularly monitor sales metrics and develop action plans to achieve targets while enhancing the customer experience and strengthening brand loyalty.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor key customer service metrics to ensure a consistently positive customer experience.
  • Achieve sales and profitability targets in line with the business plan. Support and mentor application engineers in providing accurate selections, quotations, and after-sales support to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients. Track quotations, anticipate customer needs, and support the Order-to-Manage (OTM) forecasting process to ensure product availability.
  • Set clear sales goals, create effective plans, and analyze past and projected performance to meet targets efficiently.
  • Maintain technical and professional knowledge through training, networking, and involvement in relevant industry associations.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration between the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Solid understanding of HVAC systems, maintenance, and service operations.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales or account management is preferred.
  • Willing to be assigned to the Sucat, Muntinlupa office.
