Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Sales Engineer based in Manila. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, communicating with customers, and driving sales. Additionally, the role will involve providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Developing, maintaining marketing and selling plans to meet company objectives and targets. Evaluating customer requirements and market conditions. Understanding new tendencies and analysing opportunities in the market. Sourcing new projects/customers. Building an efficient and professional relationship in coordination with management for potential clients, contractors, consultants, government sectors, etc., and reinforcing the spirit of partnership. Preparing required reports and statistics on activity (including visit reports) in a timely and accurate manner. Preparing cost sheets and estimating unit price for services based on market, expenses and profit. Coordinating with the finance department for all financial issues. Maintaining all working records. Developing and maintaining the company clients’ database. Performing other duties as assigned to help the team achieve sales targets. Qualifications Sales engineering and sales skills. Technical support and communication skills. Strong customer service and problem‑solving abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work well in a team and independently. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Experience in the steel industry or related sectors.
