APAC Finance Business Services Team is seeking a highly motivated Accounts Payable (AP) Manager to help lead and shape AP process for the region. Key objectives include building and leading a new service delivery team, driving operational excellence and customer services, supporting rollout of new initiatives (e.g., invoice automation), and launching Business Reviews for new markets.

Responsibilities

The AP Service Delivery Manager, New Verticals will report to the AP / T&E Process Lead. Based ideally at foodpanda Manila, the AP Service Delivery Manager will lead a team of AP executives to deliver end-to-end AP processes for 5 countries in the region.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient process operations
• Deliver against AP Process SLA and KPIs
• Present performance results in governance forums (Monthly, Quarterly Business Review, etc.)
• Provide inputs to drive process-related investment decisions and implementation
• Ensure processes comply with regulations and internal controls / risk management
• Manage the AP service delivery team for New Verticals (captive and outsourced)

Others

• Maintain process documentation
• Drive standardized processes and systems across the region
• Liaise with Delivery Hero / regional teams to implement policies and procedures
• Help solve finance operation issues; act as point of contact for AP issues
• Work with Transformation & Innovation to drive process IT enablers
• Support internal and external audits

Requirements

Basic Qualifications :

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management or equivalent
• 5+ years of relevant accounting and AP experience
• Experience in SLA/KPI-governed services and stakeholder presentations
• Experience managing captive teams / outsource providers (10 FTEs combined)
• Second Asian language (e.g., Thai, Burmese, Lao) preferred

Preferred Qualifications / Experiences :

• Experience in a multi-national environment with complex regional/country setup
• Strong communicator with influence and project leadership
• Process-oriented with financial and operational controls understanding
• Strong analytical skills; foresee upstream/downstream impacts
• Proficient with CRM, ERP (SAP preferred), Inventory management systems
• Familiar with SQL, Tableau or similar
• Familiar with ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA)
• Comfortable in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
