About the job: HR Associate

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and collaborate with hiring managers to determine manpower needs
• Create and publish job advertisements in various portals
• Source and screen job applicants
• Conduct phone and face-to-face interviews
• Administer pre-employment exams
• Extend job offers
• Prepare onboarding of new hires
• Encode new hires’ information on HR information system
• Conduct new employee orientation
• Timekeeping
• Processing of statutory benefits of employees
• Assist with payroll processing
• Maintain and update HRIS, particularly attendance and payroll system
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Human Resource, Psychology or Business-related
• At least 1 year of experience in HR recruitment tasks and government reports
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ethics and cultural awareness
• Resourceful with problem-solving aptitude and knowledge of HR procedures
• Highly analytical and organized with keen attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems; comfortable learning new technical systems

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Salary : PHP 18,000.00 – PHP 20,000.00 per month
