About the job: HR Associate

Work on Weekdays, Family on Weekends, and earn up to PHP 20,000 per month plus benefits.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and collaborate with hiring managers to determine manpower needs
• Create and publish job advertisements in various portals
• Source and screen job applicants
• Conduct phone and face-to-face interviews
• Administer pre-employment exams
• Extend job offers
• Prepare onboarding of new hires
• Encode new hires’ information on HR information system
• Conduct new employee orientation
• Timekeeping
• Processing of statutory benefits of employees
• Assist on payroll processing and maintaining HRIS, particularly attendance and payroll
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Human Resource, Psychology, or related Business field
• At least 1 year of experience in HR recruitment tasks and government reports
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
• Resourceful with strong problem-solving abilities and knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Highly analytical and organized with attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems; comfortable learning new systems

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Salary : PHP 18,000.00 - PHP 20,000.00 per month
