Accenture in the Philippines is currently looking for BPO Quality Auditing Associates who will be responsible for day-to-day tasks:
- You will be performing regular Quality audits based on accepted standards in sampling to ensure delivery is consistent and at par with client standards.
- You will generate timely and accurate reports wherein daily, weekly and MTD scores are available on an agent, team, and SOW level.
- You will be performing quality analysis and can identify root cause and can create relevant action items to improve and sustain performance.
- You will be asked to attend Weekly/Monthly business reviews with stakeholders on overall Quality and CSAT performance.
- Open to college graduates, college undergraduates and associate degree graduates with related experience
- Must have at least 1 year of work experience in Quality Audit in a BPO industry
- Experience in using Voice recording system (e.g. NiCE, etc.) is required
- Amenable to work in Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Taguig, or Alabang
- Willing to go back on-site once recalled
