Accenture in the Philippines is currently looking for BPO Quality Auditing Associates who will be responsible for day-to-day tasks:

• You will be performing regular Quality audits based on accepted standards in sampling to ensure delivery is consistent and at par with client standards.
• You will generate timely and accurate reports wherein daily, weekly and MTD scores are available on an agent, team, and SOW level.
• You will be performing quality analysis and can identify root cause and can create relevant action items to improve and sustain performance.
• You will be asked to attend Weekly/Monthly business reviews with stakeholders on overall Quality and CSAT performance.

What are we looking for?

• Open to college graduates, college undergraduates and associate degree graduates with related experience
• Must have at least 1 year of work experience in Quality Audit in a BPO industry
• Experience in using Voice recording system (e.g. NiCE, etc.) is required
• Amenable to work in Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Taguig, or Alabang
• Willing to go back on-site once recalled

• Ability to manage a high volume and variety of work with quality outputs in a timely manner
• Effective organization skills to prioritize work and meet deadlines
