Responsibilities: Manage assigned corporate client accounts Conduct meetings, renewals, and negotiations with client stakeholders Identify client needs and tailor services accordingly Coordinate with internal teams for service delivery Prepare and present regular account reports and updates Monitor performance metrics and resolve concerns proactively Build long-term client relationships and explore growth opportunities Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Minimum of three (3) years of experience in corporate account management Background in healthcare, insurance, or service industry is an advantage Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills Strategic and client-focused with the ability to manage multiple accounts Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
