Position Tile: Accounting Associate I

Job Purpose:

As an Accounting Associate I, you will primarily manage daily financial and accounting tasks for businesses. Their main duties include preparing and maintaining financial statements, compiling reports and preparing balance sheets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintaining accounts receivable, document bills and supporting documentation

Maintaining accounts payable, ensure timely payment of Invoices, confirming of the debt and gathering appropriate signatures.

Updating financial records via accounting software

Gathering payroll expenses and input into appropriate entry line

Preparing quarterly budget under the purview of senior management

Analyzing financial statements and prepare balance sheets

Ensure processing and completing activity assigned

Taking care of all Audit requests on a timely basis leaving no scope for fall outs and escalations.

Timely response of queries to the concerned parties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php24,000.00 per month
