Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree,preferably in multimedia arts/graphic designor a similar course.
  • Experience: One (1) year of experience in graphic design/multimedia work.
  • Trainings: Graphic Design Courses
  • Skills: Excellent creative, analytical, written, and oral communication skills, ability tohandle multimedia tasks would be a plus.
  • Others: Familiarity in using Microsoft Office and knowledgeable in operating basic office equipment.

Brief Description of Job Responsibilities
1. Primarily tasked to handle all graphic design and other multimedia work for Corporate Communications/other workgroups;
2. Proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content and also helps develop multimedia campaigns;
3. Analyze and report audience information and demographics, and the success of existing social media projects;
4. Primarily tasked to also manage the corporate look & user interface of an updated NDC website and other NDC-managed websites, both in terms of design enhancement and continuing maintenance;
5. Uses timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content;
6. Work as part of a lean team to develop social media campaigns;
7. Helps with minor administrative tasks as needed; and
8. Perform other tasks as may be required by the Assistant General Manager for Corporate Communication Group.
