Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology roles. The recruiter will work remotely from the Philippines and will be responsible for supporting talent acquisition across the Asia Pacific region, with a strong focus on Singapore.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination) for technical roles.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers across the APAC region to understand business needs and define hiring requirements.
  • Source high-quality candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, social media, and networking.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT and technology professionals across roles such as software engineering, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Leverage market insights and data to advise stakeholders on hiring strategies, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscape.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment reports, dashboards, and tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to strengthen employer branding in the APAC talent market.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in technical recruitment, preferably within APAC markets.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g., cloud, DevOps, software development, data engineering, cybersecurity).
  • Experience supporting Singapore hiring is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS systems).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple requisitions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
