What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Site Reliability Engineers, DevOps, Cloud, Software, and Data Science Engineers.
  • Build proactive lead-generation programs (events, referrals, university outreach, social sourcing).
  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to engage top passive candidates.
  • Create and manage job postings, ATS workflows, and recruitment dashboards.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to engineering leaders on hiring strategies.
  • Manage external agency partners and mentor project-based recruiters.
  • Leverage data and analytics to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience in the
    tech industry
    , including 2+ years hiring
    SRE/DevOps/Cloud roles
    .
  • Proven success in
    sourcing and closing senior technical talent
    .
  • Strong background in
    ATS systems
    and recruitment reporting/analytics.
  • Familiarity with
    modern engineering practices
    (cloud platforms, IaC tools, CI/CD, containers).
  • Excellent
    stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills
    .
  • A
    self-starter
    who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment.
