Salary: 70,000 - 100,000 (Monthly Gross Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (7:00 AM- 4:00 PM)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years of experience including progressive work experience in the areas of talent acquisition/recruitment.
  • Proven experience using recruitment platforms like LinkedIn RPS, JobStreet, Indeed, and ATS like Workable, Bullhorn, JobAdder or similar.
  • Experience with recruitment dashboards and reporting via Power BI.
  • Solid understanding of technical roles in infrastructure and development.
  • Familiar with remote hiring best practices and managing Australian and US stakeholders.
  • Skilled in sourcing, screening, and managing candidate pipelines.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

What will you do?

  • Conduct in-depth market analysis prior to client discovery sessions to identify specific requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct market research to develop recruitment strategies for Australian and US clients.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles in Infrastructure, Software Development, QA, Data, and Support.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and cultural fit.
  • Source and assess candidates via LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, and other boards;
  • Coordinate candidate interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding.
  • Provide regular updates and talent insights to clients using Power BI recruitment dashboards.
  • Mentor and manage a team of IT recruiters, setting KPIs and driving performance.
  • Conduct client monthly recruitment business updates.
