Sr. Technology Recruiter at OpsWerks
Senior Technology Recruiter at Opswerks, responsible for full-cycle recruitment of Site Reliability Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Software and Data Science Engineers across Manila and Cebu operations. You will partner with engineering and people leaders to design and execute strategies that attract top technical talent.
Responsibilities- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Source, screen, and close candidates for all open Technology job roles.
- Lead-Generation Programs: Devise and execute proactive sourcing campaigns (events, referral initiatives, social media, university outreach) to build a strong talent pipeline.
- LinkedIn Recruiter Expertise: Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Reporting & Analytics: Design and maintain recruitment dashboards and reports (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, diversity metrics) for hiring managers and senior management; analyze hiring data to identify trends and forecast hiring needs.
- Job Posting Management: Create, publish, and monitor job advertisements across ATS and external job boards; optimize postings based on performance metrics.
- Agency & Headhunter Management: Identify, engage, and manage relationships with external headhunters and agencies; negotiate terms and ensure ROI.
- Project-Based Recruiter Oversight: Manage and mentor contract/project-based technical recruiters; set goals and ensure recruitment SLAs are met.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Advise engineering leaders on requisitions, managing expectations, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Process Improvement and Automation: Support BI tooling and data visualization; drive improvements in hiring processes and support strategic talent acquisition deliverables.
Experience:
- 5+ years of recruiting in the tech industry, with a minimum of 2+ years focused on SRE, DevOps, or Cloud engineering roles.
- Proven track record using LinkedIn Recruiter to source and close senior- to principal-level technical talent.
- Experience designing and executing lead-generation programs to proactively build candidate pipelines.
- Experience managing external agencies and mentoring contract recruiters.
Technical Industry Expertise:
- Working knowledge of modern engineering practices, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), infrastructure-as-code tools, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience creating and interpreting recruitment metrics and reports.
- Proficient with at least one major ATS (e.g., Homerun, Lever, Workday) for job posting management and candidate workflow.

- High energy, self-starter, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
