Job Summary
We are seeking a Healthcare Recruiter with a strong background in healthcare recruitment, preferably with nursing experience, to support our growing demand for quality international care workers and nurses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding skilled healthcare professionals, ensuring alignment with our global standards and partner requirements.
Key Responsibilities- End-to-end recruitment of international healthcare workers including Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Personal Care Assistants, and Allied Health Professionals
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and healthcare institutions
- Conduct initial interviews and clinical assessments (if qualified)
- Coordinate with training, migration, and deployment teams for seamless candidate processing
- Ensure candidates meet partner-specific qualifications and country-specific compliance (e.g., AHPRA for Australia)
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline aligned with deployment targets
- Support job fairs, information sessions, and marketing campaigns for healthcare recruitment
- Track and report recruitment KPIs and provide weekly updates to management
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related medical field preferred
- Proven experience in medical or healthcare recruitment (minimum 2 years)
- Familiarity with international healthcare deployment processes is a strong advantage
- Strong interviewing, screening, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment
- Willing to work flexible hours as required (to align with global time zones)
- Former Registered Nurse (RN) or clinical background
- Experience working with AHPRA registration, UK NMC, or other global nursing boards
- Experience recruiting Filipino healthcare professionals is a plus
- Laptop with a minimum of:
- Intel i5 processor or equivalent
- 8GB RAM
- SSD storage (256GB or higher preferred)
- Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload)
- Backup internet connection (e.g., pocket Wi-Fi or secondary provider)
- Updated antivirus and security software
- Noise-cancelling headset
- HD webcam
- Familiarity with tools such as:
- Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., BambooHR, JobAdder, or similar)
- Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace
- Communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack)
- Recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Workabroad, Indeed)
