With thousands of active healthcare providers and growing rapidly, we're looking for a Healthcare Partnerships Manager to expand our institutional partnerships. The Role We're seeking an experienced Partnerships Manager who will own our healthcare institution relationships and drive growth through strategic partnerships. You'll work directly with the founding team to develop and implement our institutional partnership strategy with hospitals, HMOs, and other healthcare organizations. Key Responsibilities: Identify, pursue, and secure partnerships with healthcare institutions across the Philippines Develop and execute account strategies for long-cycle enterprise sales Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at partner institutions Negotiate partnership terms and contracts that benefit all parties Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of partnerships Create compelling presentations and proposals tailored to each institution's needs Monitor partnership performance and identify opportunities for growth Maintain detailed documentation of partnership activities and outcomes What We're Looking For: A resilient self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and is comfortable with long sales cycles Someone who understands the unique challenges of healthcare institutions and can adapt to their varying timelines and priorities A relationship builder who can navigate complex organizational structures A strategic thinker who can identify and articulate value propositions for different stakeholders A persistent problem-solver who's willing to do the necessary groundwork Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or related field 2+ years experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management (healthcare industry experience is a plus) Proven track record in negotiating and closing long-cycle enterprise deals Experience with sales methodologies and CRM platforms Strong relationship-building skills with ability to engage stakeholders at different levels Excellent communication and presentation skills Adaptable and resilient mindset capable of navigating complex organizational structures Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team Feel secure when applying: look for the verified icon and always do your research on a company.
