This hybrid role is based in Manila or Cebu and reports to the VP of Client Success. The Client Success Manager will oversee one of our key Healthcare accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, growth, and operational excellence. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact. Partner with internal teams to align operations with client expectations. Monitor account performance, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement. Develop and execute solutions to meet client goals and ensure satisfaction. Drive strategic initiatives that enhance client outcomes and account growth. Provide insights, reports, and recommendations directly to the VP of Client Success. Manage escalations with professionalism, urgency, and a solutions-first mindset. Qualifications / Skills & Experience Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Skills Strong Analytical Skills Expertise in Customer Retention and Relationship Building Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and remotely Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field Why Join Fusion CX?
