Scope of the Role We’re looking for a Digital Partnerships Manager to drive Qoala’s partner ecosystem in the Philippines. This role is ideal for a commercially minded, execution‑driven individual who thrives in a fast‑paced digital environment. You’ll play a key role in identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships across e‑commerce, fintech, travel, and digital platforms, helping scale Qoala’s embedded insurance presence and revenue growth. Responsibilities Assist in identifying and onboarding new partners across key sectors such as eCommerce, travel, and financial services. Support the execution of partnership strategies that align with business objectives. Work closely with senior team members to co‑create solutions and drive partner engagement. Help structure partnership proposals and contribute to negotiations. Manage day‑to‑day partner relationships to ensure operational efficiency and mutual success. Track partner performance and provide insights to improve collaboration and results. Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Tech, and Operations) to support successful partnership implementation. Ensure all partner‑related processes are executed effectively and within agreed timelines. Monitor key performance metrics for partnerships and assist in reporting insights to senior management. Support initiatives to optimize revenue generation and partnership outcomes. Maintain strong communication with partners and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and expectations. Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for leadership teams. Requirements A total of 5‑7 years of experience, including a minimum of 2 years in partnerships, business development, or sales support roles, preferably within eCommerce, travel, or financial services. Basic understanding of partnership management, sales pipelines, and contract execution. Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
