Business Development and Partnerships Manager

Job Summary The Business Development and Partnerships Manager is responsible for driving growth through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and business expansion initiatives. This role identifies new market opportunities, builds strong relationships with key stakeholders, and develops strategies that align with the company’s long-term objectives. The manager collaborates cross-functionally to create mutually beneficial partnerships and ensure successful execution of business development plans. Key Responsibilities Business Development Strategy Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, emerging markets, and industry trends. Prepare business proposals, pitches, and partnership models tailored to target clients or organizations. Partnership Management Establish, manage, and nurture relationships with key partners, clients, and stakeholders. Negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and collaboration frameworks. Monitor partnership performance and ensure value delivery for both parties. Maintain strong communication and collaboration with internal teams to support partnership execution. Sales and Pipeline Management Generate and manage a pipeline of potential clients and partnership leads. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create go-to-market strategies. Track performance metrics, forecasts, and business development KPIs to assess effectiveness. Market Research and Analysis Conduct research on market dynamics, competitor activities, and potential clients. Analyze business performance data and recommend strategic improvements. Present insights and reports to senior management for decision-making. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with product, operations, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with company objectives. Coordinate with finance and legal teams on partnership contracts and compliance matters. Support brand and marketing initiatives that promote the organization’s business development goals. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field. 5–8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or strategic account management. Proven track record in managing and growing key partnerships or client portfolios. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to develop creative business solutions and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office applications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
