Identify and develop new business opportunities and target markets for ISOTANK, FLEXIBAG, BROKERAGE and FORWARDING shipments.

Make initial customer contact through visits or calls

Identify each potential customer’s logistics requirements

Formulate business proposals according to customers’ business needs

Negotiate prices and variations with shipping lines in order to meet target rate idea of customer

Build meaningful relationships within the company and customers

Ensure appropriate and timely delivery of shipments as advised to customers

Follow up on service and / or product once the delivery has been made

Research market trends and products

Arrange meetings with potential clients

Ensure untapped customers will be reached and will try our Isotanks, Flexibags, brokerage and forwarding services.

Liaise with carriers and haulers for their updated rates

Record sales information and maintain customers’ records

Make rapid calculations of costs in order to provide quotations in an acceptable timeframe

Prepare weekly itinerary and sales reports by analyzing and summarizing information

Review sales performance with a view to improve it

Hitting monthly quota as specified by Management

Other ad-hoc duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor /degree holder of Business Administration major in Marketing or any related course.

2+ years of sales experience in logistics and forwarding.

Preferably with own accounts.

Excellent customer service and sales skills.

Excellent phone and presentation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
