Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a US Recruiter located in Makati. The US Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs. The role involves developing job descriptions, posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and maintaining a candidate database. Additionally, the recruiter will participate in employer branding initiatives and build strong relationships with potential candidates. Qualifications Experience in Recruiting, Talent Sourcing, and Interviewing Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and other Recruitment Tools Excellent Organizational and Time Management Skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the BPO or remote staffing industry is a plus Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Industries Outsourcing and Offshoring Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
