Hybrid - Makati 1-3 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time Job Description Delivers offshore-based recruitment services to our clients in the US. Covers different tasks in the areas of active and passive sourcing which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates. Formats resume meeting clients’ expectations. Facilitates candidate and employer scheduling and coordination as well as ongoing candidate engagement. Research new technologies and makes recommendations on additional, candidate pools and recruiting techniques, after evaluating market conditions. Fosters long-term relationships with candidates and clients. Bachelor's degree in a Psychology, Human Resource or business-related course (preferred but not required). Minimum of 1 to 3 years US recruiting experience; previous recruiting experience for IT, Biopharma and Healthcare recruiting is preferred. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and internet-based sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice, The Ladders, etc. Understanding of the Boolean search language and how those search principles apply to both internet and database searches. Ability to develop creative and innovative sourcing strategies. Strong analytical, problem solving and research skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to clearly present complex information. Must be willing to work on a permanent night shift post (no weekend work). Working Location If the position requires you to work overseas, please be vigilant and beware of fraud.
