What makes you a strong candidate: You have +5 years experience in Recruitment. You are proficient in Stakeholder management, Sourcing, Screening, Employee onboarding, Data reporting. Responsibilities and more: Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, conducting assessments, and onboarding. Utilize diverse channels to source high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media, referrals, and talent pools. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and department leads to define job requirements and establish hiring timelines. Provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment throughout the hiring process. Industry-Specific Recruitment: Leverage knowledge of the Financial and Tech industry to identify and engage with top talent. Stay updated on industry trends to refine recruitment strategies. Candidate Experience: Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the process to ensure a positive experience. Handle offer negotiations and pre-boarding processes efficiently. Reporting and Analytics: Track recruitment metrics and provide insights for process improvements. Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Proven experience as a US recruiter. Preferably with a focus on professional services, sales or engineering positions of all levels. Strong understanding of complex and evolving fields, including key players, market trends, and regulatory landscape. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and account managers. Familiarity with relevant recruitment tools and platforms. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
