Responsibilities

  • Conducts constant and up-to date market research and identifying potential clients and new business opportunities and partners.
  • Researches trending, bestseller, and timely products for in house influencers and vertical creator accounts.
  • Ensures that product sets of influencers and creator accounts are updated for livestreams, more importantly during campaign schedules.
  • Ensures that product links and product IDs are working and coordinates with the sellers or TikTok A.
  • Escalates concerns regarding support and products to TikTok MCN manager and POs.
  • Ensure alignment with company policies, vision, mission, and goals
  • Manage all aspects of the marketing department, including databases, email, and display campaigns
  • Develop and track marketing budgets
  • Plan and oversee social media platforms
  • Prepare performance reports for marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with advertising and media professionals to enhance results
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies
  • Analyze key metrics related to website traffic, service targets, and audience engagement
  • Lead team brainstorming for innovative growth strategies
Qualifications
  1. Educational background in business, marketing, or finance
  2. With proven experience as Business Development Specialist
  3. Experience in sales or marketing
  4. Sharp negotiation and networking skills
