Business Development Specialist

Job Summary The Business Development Specialist is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting the company’s growth objectives. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, market research, and strong communication skills to expand the company’s market presence and drive revenue. Key Responsibilities Conduct market research to identify new clients, trends, and opportunities. Develop and implement business development strategies to meet sales and growth targets. Collaborate with in-house influencers to curate product sets for livestreams. Manage product links/IDs and coordinate with TikTok representatives or sellers. Escalate issues to TikTok MCN Managers or Points of Contact (POCs). Execute campaigns across multiple channels such as email, social media, and more. Analyze performance data and prepare insightful reports. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in business development, influencer marketing, or account management. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience with TikTok Shop or social commerce platforms is a plus. Ability to collaborate effectively across creative, marketing, and operations teams.
