About the role

As a Business Development Specialist at DQS Certification Phil's. Inc.', you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. Based in Makati City Metro Manila, this full-time position will see you working closely with the Business Development team to expand the company's client base and cement its position as a leader in the industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Leverage Technology – Utilize HubSpot and IBEXA (Digital Experience Platform) for smarter engagement.
  • Make an Impact – Participate in government bids and contribute to major projects.

What we're looking for

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Communication Pro: Strong English communication skills – from good to excellent
  • Market Savvy: A keen understanding of market trends and analysis.
  • Sales Edge: Experience in sales or business development? That's a big plus
  • Tech-Smart: Familiarity with CRM software, sales analytics tools, and industry-specific applications to stay ahead of the game.
