Your Key Objectives: - Build and lead a new service delivery team - Drive operational excellence and customer service - Support rollout of new initiatives (e.g., invoice automation) - Launch Business Reviews for new markets

• Responsibilities:
  • Lead AP Service Delivery for New Verticals; manage a team of AP executives delivering end-to-end AP processes for multiple countries
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure efficient process operations
  • Meet AP SLA/KPI targets; present performance results in governance forums
  • Provide inputs for process-related investments and implementations
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and internal controls
  • Manage AP service delivery team (captive and outsourced)
  • Maintain process documentation; drive standardized processes across region
  • Coordinate with Delivery Hero/regional teams on policies and procedures
  • Resolve finance operations issues; serve as point of contact for AP processes
  • Work with Transformation & Innovation to improve processes and IT enablers
  • Support internal and external audits

• Requirements:
  • Basic Qualifications: University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management or equivalent
  • 5+ years of relevant accounting and AP experience; degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance
  • Experience with SLA/KPI-governed services and stakeholder presentations
  • Experience managing captive teams or outsource providers (10 FTEs)
  • Second Asian language preferred (e.g., Thai, Burmese, Lao)

• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a multi-national environment with complex regional structure
  • Strong communication, influence, and action-driving ability
  • Process-oriented with financial and operational controls understanding
  • Analytical; knowledge of CRM, ERP (SAP preferred), inventory systems
  • Familiar with SQL, Tableau or similar; familiar with ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA)
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
