What You'll Be Doing Responsible for the development, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of the organization’s policies, procedures, and programs on privacy, data protection, and AI Governance Issue advisory opinions interpreting laws and regulations on privacy, data protection, and use of emerging technologies like artificial intelligence Conduct privacy audits on the implementation of policies, procedures, and programs Develop and implement an organization-wide capacity building initiatives on privacy-related competencies, all in line with the trust by design strategy Perform other duties that naturally fall under the group’s role, or as may be assigned by the DPO What You'll Need Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, IT, or a related field Privacy certifications (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPP/A, CIPM, CIPT, ISO 27701) and AI governance or cybersecurity certifications (e.g., ISO 27001, Responsible AI short courses) are a plus Familiarity with global privacy frameworks (e.g., GDPR, Philippine DPA, CCPA) and emerging AI regulatory approaches 5+ years of experience in privacy compliance, data protection operations, risk assessments, or governance-related roles #J-18808-Ljbffr
