AI Program Manager

JOB SUMMARY

The Artificial Intelligence (AI) Program Manager will lead the company's enterprise-wide AI transformation journey. Reporting directly to the Enterprise Analytics Director, this role is responsible for driving the adoption, integration, and development of AI solutions across Commercial, Operations, and Corporate Services.

The Program Manager will ensure that AI becomes a key catalyst for business growth, operational efficiency, and people-centered innovation. This includes managing both the implementation of world-class AI technologies and the development of proprietary AI capabilities. The role will work closely with the Digital Transformation Office, Analytics Center of Excellence (COE), and business units to align AI initiatives with strategic priorities.

Additionally, this position will design and oversee learning programs aimed at equipping employees with the knowledge and confidence to effectively apply AI within their respective roles.

2.0 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

2.1 AI Transformation Leadership

• Develop, implement, and continuously refine the company's AI transformation roadmap in alignment with business goals and the vision of embedding AI-driven intelligence across all operations.

2.2 Program Management

• Lead end-to-end execution of AI initiatives—from proof of concept to production rollout and adoption—ensuring measurable business outcomes and smooth change management.

2.3 Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with leaders across Commercial, Operations, Corporate Services, and IT to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact AI use cases.
• Maintain strong communication and alignment with all relevant stakeholders.

2.4 Adoption & Change Management

• Drive organizational transformation to establish a culture of "AI + people" collaboration.
• Oversee digital and AI capability-building programs to strengthen innovation and data-driven decision-making.

2.5 Build & Buy Strategy

• Balance the development of proprietary AI platforms (e.g., agentic AI systems such as DiVA) with the adoption of best-in-class third-party technologies (e.g., Blue Yonder, analytics tools).
• Establish clear frameworks for vendor engagement, evaluation, and partnership governance.

2.6 AI Governance & Performance

• Define, monitor, and report on key AI performance indicators (digital maturity, adoption rate, OKR attainment, and user engagement).
• Ensure compliance with data governance, ethical standards, and model reliability requirements.

2.7 Platform & Infrastructure Scaling

• Work closely with IT and the Analytics COE to enhance foundational technology infrastructure, including data pipelines, analytics platforms, and reusable AI models/APIs.

2.8 Innovation & Value Delivery

• Lead the testing, piloting, and scaling of AI-driven use cases that deliver measurable business value.
• Foster a continuous improvement mindset through feedback and iterative refinement.

2.9 Team Leadership

• Build and inspire a cross-functional team of AI specialists, data professionals, and business analysts.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and direction to maximize team performance and innovation.

2.10 Learning Program Development

• Design and implement comprehensive AI learning and development programs tailored to diverse roles and functions.
• Ensure employees are empowered to understand and utilize AI in their daily work.

3.0 ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP

Reports To: Enterprise Analytics Director

Coordinates With: Digital Transformation Office, Analytics Center of Excellence (COE), IT Department, Commercial, Operations, and Corporate Services

4.0 JOB SPECIFICATION

✓ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. An MBA or relevant professional certifications is an advantage.

✓ Minimum of 7 years' experience in program or project management, with at least 3 years leading enterprise-level AI or digital transformation initiatives.

✓ Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and delivering large-scale AI or analytics programs.

✓ Strong understanding of AI technologies, data analytics, and digital transformation frameworks.

✓ Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

✓ Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, foster collaboration, and deliver measurable business results.

✓ Familiarity with AI governance, data ethics, and model lifecycle management is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100, Php150,000.00 per month
