Makati City, National Capital Region, Philippines PSG Global Solutions Inc. Full time ₱1,500,000 - ₱3,000,000 per year

The Senior Privacy and Compliance Officer is responsible for implementing and maintaining privacy and compliance programs across PSG U.S. and Philippines operations. Coordinates client/vendor privacy due diligence, conducts privacy reviews, manages audit readiness, supports contractual compliance, and drives privacy awareness initiatives. Works with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to global privacy standards and regulatory obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

Privacy Program Management

  • Implement and maintain privacy policies and Teleperformance control standards.
  • Conduct evidence submissions, compliance checks, and role-based privacy training.
  • Develop targeted awareness sessions and integrate controls into processes.

Client & Vendor Compliance

  • Coordinate client due diligence and privacy/security assessments.

  • Support contract reviews for privacy, data protection, and compliance clauses.

  • Manage vendor privacy requirements and maintain documentation for audits.

Internal Governance

  • Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs).

  • Review privacy notices, consent statements, and process changes.

  • Manage risks related to data subject rights, incidents, and compliance gaps.

Certification Support

  • Assist in ISO 27701 readiness and documentation coordination.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Legal Studies, Information Technology, HR Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related business/governance disciplines

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in privacy, compliance, audit, risk, or governance roles, preferably in a BPO/RPO, shared services, or multinational environments.

  • Hands-on experience with privacy programs and frameworks (ISO 27701, GDPR, DPA, SOC/HIPAA)

  • Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (MS Office/Google Suite, SharePoint, Teams, trackers, OneTrust or similar).

  • Familiarity with vendor/client due diligence, DSAR support, and privacy incident handling.

  • Proven analytical, documentation, and task management capabilities, with a strong understanding of data flows, access controls, and basic security/privacy principles.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior and international stakeholders and to effectively interpret policies and SOPs.

  • Willing to work in a hybrid setup and adhere to a flexible shift schedule based on business needs.
