Role Description
The Project Management Personnel Assistant supports the successful execution of technical projects from initiation to completion. The role involves assisting in project planning, coordinating with technical teams and clients, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery of outputs. This position is responsible for preparing project reports and status updates, tracking deliverables, identifying potential issues early, and supporting the technical execution of tasks. The Project Management Personnel Assistant helps ensure that all projects meet quality standards, client requirements, and organizational objectives.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams and external clients to gather project requirements and align on deliverables
• Monitor the execution of project activities and ensure milestones are met
• Prepare and deliver regular project status updates and technical progress reports
• Track and document all phases of the project including planning, execution, and postimplementation review
• Collaborate with engineers, developers, and support staff to resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Facilitate meetings, record minutes, and update stakeholders on project developments
• Maintain project documentation such as timelines, trackers, and client communication logs
• Support resource planning, scheduling, and coordination with third-party vendors if applicable
• Ensure project completion is aligned with technical specifications, quality standards, and client expectations
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Management Personnel Assistant located in Quezon City.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related technical fields
• Strong understanding of technical concepts, with the ability to interpret system architectures, hardware/software interfaces, or installation procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for project reporting
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical updates into clear and concise reports for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for documentation and reporting
• Ability to manage multiple technical tasks or project components simultaneously
• Confident in presenting project updates and coordinating with clients and engineering teams
• Willing to travel to project sites when required
• Ability to work independently as well as in a cross-functional team environment
• Hands-on technical experience in systems integration, software/hardware deployment, or IoT projects is a plus
