Job Responsibilities

  1. Design and implement AI/ML models
  2. Build and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for intelligent document parsing, summarization, and insight generation.
  3. Translate business needs into scalable AI solutions that automate workflows and improve decision-making.
  4. Develop and maintain robust MLOps pipelines to ensure efficient model training, deployment, and monitoring.
  5. Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to bring AI features from concept to production.
  6. Continuously research and apply state-of-the-art AI technologies, especially in NLP and generative AI.
  7. Ensure ethical, explainable, and responsible AI usage — because just because we

    should

  8. Contribute to internal AI playbooks, reusable components, and best practices that level up the entire team.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in AI/ML roles, with a strong portfolio of real-world model deployments.
  • Fluency in Python and familiarity with ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, or LangChain.
  • Proven experience fine-tuning and operationalizing large language models (GPT, BERT, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of NLP, vector search, embeddings, and knowledge graphs.
  • Comfort working with cloud platforms like GCP, Azure, or AWS — extra points if you speak fluent "Vertex AI."
  • Experience building scalable MLOps pipelines (CI/CD for ML, model monitoring, etc.).
  • Passion for clean code, good documentation, and occasional dad jokes in comments.
