Experience: At least 4 years of experience in contract management or handling Notice to Explain (NTE) processes. Technical Skills: Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Technical Skills: Interested in developing and implementing AI solutions for process optimization. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development Management, Psychology, or a related field.
