Role Summary

The Industrial Designer provides creative and technical support to the Marketing & Design Division, focusing on furniture design, showroom innovation, and client proposals. This entry-level role mirrors the Team Leader's core design responsibilities and assists in conceptualization, CAD drawings, 3D visualization, and showroom management. It is a hands-on role designed for creativity, technical accuracy, and long-term career development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare CAD drawings, 3D renderings, and technical layouts for client proposals.

  • Assist in developing furniture design concepts and showroom display ideas.

  • Support booth layouts and visual concepts for exhibitions and trade shows.

  • Maintain and update the design library (materials, finishes, samples, references).

  • Collaborate with suppliers and fabricators on feasibility and material quality.

  • Provide design input for marketing campaigns and showroom promotions.

  • Monitor showroom displays, ensuring client-ready presentation and documentation.

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Project Management teams on aligned outputs.

  • Learn and adopt best practices under the direct mentorship of the Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

  • 0–2 years of experience (internships or academic projects acceptable).

  • Proficiency in CAD and 3D software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar).

  • Basic knowledge of materials, finishes, and fabrication processes.

  • Strong creative and technical skills with attention to detail.

  • Organized, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple projects.

Open to hands-on showroom work and continuous learning.
