Your Virtual Beez is URGENTLY looking for an ADMIN ASSISTANT/ VIRTUAL ASSISTANT FULL-TIME REMOTE WORK; PERMANENT WORK FROM HOME WORK SCHEDULE Tuesday to Friday (5:00 am to 3:00 pm- PST) 4 days work; 3 days off COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS BASIC SALARY: 20,000 per month Performance incentives Paid time off and holidays EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND With bachelor's degree in Office Administration, and any other equivalent WORK EXPERIENCE Preferably with at least one (1) year minimum of experience as an administrative assistant With Virtual Assistant (VA) Experience is an advantage SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Strong communication, organization, and time management skills With technical proficiency in software like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Has problem-solving, attention to detail, and customer service skills MINIMUM TECHNICAL AND WORK ENVIROMENT REQUIREMENTS With Primary internet connection with at least speed of 50mbps With Desktop or Laptop that has 8 GB RAM, Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor. With functioning webcam/ eye level built in camera in device With noise-canceling headset With a quiet, dedicated home office space.
