Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and personable Admin & Sales Virtual Assistant to be the first point of contact for an exclusive luxury membership brand. Your role is crucial in converting inquiries into memberships and ensuring every prospect experiences timely, professional, and sophisticated service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, email, and website
  • Conduct follow-up calls to warm leads and interested prospects
  • Qualify leads and guide them through the membership process
  • Provide detailed information about bespoke tailoring, custom shoes, and grooming services
  • Gently upsell and cross-sell membership packages and services
  • Schedule consultations and discovery calls with the owner
  • Monitor social media channels and respond to inquiries
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of all lead interactions
  • Follow up persistently yet professionally
  • Triage urgent inquiries and escalate as needed
  • Support administrative tasks and client relationship building

Mandatory Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles
  • Professional and confident phone manner
  • Ability to represent a luxury brand with sophistication
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Comfortable working EST hours (9 AM–1 PM EST preferred)
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Quick response time and urgency with leads

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in luxury, high-ticket, or membership-based sales
  • Social media community management knowledge
  • Understanding of sales funnels and lead nurturing
  • Appointment scheduling and calendar management experience
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms
  • Previous virtual assistant experience
