IT Admin Assistant – Job Qualifications & Responsibilities Qualifications

  • Graduate of any IT-related course (Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent)
  • With 1–2 years of relevant experience in IT Support, IT Administration, or related role
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
  • Familiarity with IT tools, equipment, and office systems
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Good communication skills; able to coordinate with internal users and vendors
  • Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point person for all internal IT-related concerns and requests
  • Provide first-level IT support to internal users (hardware, software, system, and basic network issues)
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve IT issues in a timely manner
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT tools, systems, and equipment
  • Maintain and monitor IT assets, including inventory, assignments, and asset lifecycle
  • Maintain and monitor IT subscriptions, licenses, and renewals (software, systems, and online tools)
  • Handle IT request processing, including filing, tracking, and follow-ups
  • Create and maintain IT documentation, including: Process forms, Process flows, User guides, and basic manuals
  • Ensure IT processes are organized, documented, and followed
  • Support continuous improvement of IT processes and internal systems
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
