Location: Monumento, Caloocan

Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Onsite)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting/Admin Staff to support daily accounting functions and administrative operations in our Monumento office. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of handling finance-related tasks while assisting with general office management.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Tasks:

  • Prepare and record financial transactions (AR/AP).
  • Assist in preparing invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
  • Manage petty cash and monitor daily expense records.
  • Support monthly financial reports and bank reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate and organized accounting files and documents.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Handle office communications, emails, and documentation.
  • Assist in scheduling, coordination, and general office operations.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative workflow.
  • Support management with other admin duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or Financial Management (Required).
  • Preferably with experience in accounting or administrative roles (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Willing to work onsite in Monumento, Caloocan.
  • Available to work Monday to Saturday.
