Position Overview Be among the first 25 applicants. The HR & OD Manager is in charge of overall Organization Development, as well as leading and managing the HRA & OD Team. Duties and Responsibilities Establishes, implements, and develops HR structures that will increase operational efficiency and effectiveness. These structures may address the following HR facets: Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Culture, Total Rewards, Workforce Planning, among others. Conducts organizational diagnosis in order to come up with sound interventions and recommendations. Acts as a change agent for the company to build a strong workplace culture. Acts as a strategic partner to support individual teams to achieve business objectives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business, or equivalent. At least 10 years of experience in various HR functions, supervisory or managerial experience is preferred. At least 3 years of experience in Organization Development. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Data-driven, analytical, and strong people skills.
