Role Description Presales Engineer – responsible for supporting technical sales processes by providing expertise in product integration, security, and technical configurations. Working closely with the sales team to understand client requirements, delivering technical presentations, and crafting tailored solutions to meet customer needs. Collaboration with internal teams and ensuring seamless implementation guidance for clients are integral to this position. Develop strong industry knowledge of IoT based outbound operational management and related system integrations. Qualifications Experience in Technical Support and Integration to ensure seamless client system compatibility. Proficiency in Presales and Sales to effectively communicate product value and technical solutions to potential customers. Knowledge in Security to address client concerns regarding data protection and system reliability. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Experience in SaaS platforms or telematics solutions is a plus.
