Role Overview
We are seeking a
Technical Pre-Sales Engineer
to join our growing team in Metro Manila. This full-time hybrid role is based primarily in
BGC
, with flexibility for partial work-from-home and frequent travel across Southeast Asia.
In this role, you will closely collaborate with sales, marketing, and channel teams to engage customers, uncover technical needs, deliver impactful demonstrations, and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle. Your work will be instrumental in building customer confidence and shaping solution strategies that drive regional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct
Discovery Meetings
to understand client challenges, technical environments, and business requirements. - Deliver
tailored product demonstrations
, incorporating insights from the discovery process. - Act as an
authentic and trusted technical advisor
to customers, partners, and internal teams. - Commit to
monthly technical development
to deepen product knowledge and technical expertise. - Lead or support
public speaking engagements
, including trainings, workshops, and enablement sessions with audiences of
100+ participants
. - Collaborate within a
trusted indirect selling ecosystem
, working closely with PC OEMs and their regional channel partners. - Support sales processes by clarifying technical requirements, preparing solution documentation, and ensuring technical alignment.
- Assist in designing system architectures, crafting solution proposals, and contributing to technical narratives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 Years of Experience
- Strong capabilities in
technical solution design
,
system architecture
, or software configuration. - Experience delivering
technical presentations
,
product demos
, or technical trainings. - Ability to understand client needs and translate them into technical requirements or solution strategies.
- Proficiency in
troubleshooting
, problem-solving, and technical consultation. - Knowledge of
IT solutions
, enterprise software, SaaS technologies, or related domains. - Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science, Engineering, IT
, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience). - Experience working in the
