Role Overview

We're looking for an AV/UC Presales Engineer based in Manila to support solution design, client engagement, and proposal development for enterprise-level projects in the region. The role partners closely with Sales, Project Delivery, and Engineering teams to create reliable, cost-effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Sales to understand client needs and translate them into AV/UC system designs and proposals
  • Prepare technical drawings, BOMs, and design documentation based on industry standards (AVIXA/BICSI)
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations to explain solution concepts to clients
  • Coordinate with vendors and distributors for pricing, product validation, and compatibility checks
  • Support RFP/RFQ responses, tender documentation, and solution write-ups
  • Provide design handover support to delivery and implementation teams
  • Stay updated on AV/UC platforms and technologies such as Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Crestron, Extron, Poly, Logitech, and Cisco

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, IT, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in AV/UC presales or system design
  • Solid understanding of AV signal flow, networking, and unified communications systems
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Visio, or similar design tools
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • AVIXA CTS, CTS-D, or relevant manufacturer certifications (Crestron, Poly, Cisco, Extron) preferred
