About the RoleThe Business Development Team is responsible for creating and managing relationships with strategic partners that support PDAX’s business objectives. The Business Development Associate will work closely with business and product leaders to identify and execute growth partnership opportunities. This role interacts with multiple stakeholders and partners and offers significant business impact and learning opportunities. We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about learning and growing in a fast-paced, startup environment.
General Responsibilities- Create and maintain healthy and productive relationships with clients and partners to support the business.
- Identify potential partners/clients who may benefit from PDAX’s products.
- Lead sales efforts and relationship-building with potential partners/clients.
- Develop and manage relationships from sales through onboarding, integration, and post-integration support, ensuring excellent customer service and profitability.
- Help develop and execute partnership strategy and tactics to enable PDAX growth.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Compliance, Technology to operationalize partnerships.
- Open to fresh graduates and those with 1–3 years of experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Personable with good listening skills and the ability to provide concise recommendations after assessing client needs.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, product, technology, treasury).
- Attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple initiatives.
- Experience or understanding of the financial services sector is a plus (e.g., blockchain, stablecoins, payment solutions, remittance, e-wallets).
- Experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Sales or related field is a plus.
- Startup experience is a bonus.
