Job Description

GoGym is looking for a sharp, reliable, and hands-on Business Support Associate to join our core team. This is a generalist role that touches on administration, operations, project support, and internal coordination — ideal for someone early in their career who wants to grow in a dynamic, startup environment.

You\'ll work directly with the Executive Team and functional heads to help keep the company running smoothly behind the scenes. From handling documentation and reporting, to helping coordinate schedules and running occasional errands, this role requires initiative, organization, and a "get-things-done" mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general support to the Executive Team, Operations, and Sales departments across internal coordination and task tracking
  • Manage calendars, help schedule meetings, and prepare basic documentation (e.g., agendas, trackers, SOPs)
  • Assist in preparing and organizing internal reports, performance logs, and business summaries
  • Run occasional in-person errands (e.g., banks, landlords, government offices, suppliers)
  • Coordinate with branch staff, vendors, and partners to relay information, submit forms, or follow up on tasks
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems using Google Drive
  • Help onboard new team members or interns with account creation, paperwork, and orientation materials
  • Assist with ad hoc research, procurement tasks, and light project management when required
  • Support rollout of internal initiatives and campaigns in coordination with relevant teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Management, Communications, or any related field
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience (admin, operations, project coordination, EA/internship experience welcome)
  • Highly organized, reliable, and able to follow through with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills in English and Tagalog
  • Familiar with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office
  • Based in Metro Manila and willing to report onsite at least 3x per week
  • Able to work some weekends or evenings depending on business needs
  • Bonus: Has access to reliable transportation (motorcycle or car is a plus)
